SMS terms
The program
Walden (“Walden”, “we”) is a text-message concierge for home and property services. When you text (213) 309-3242, tap a “Just text Walden” link on heywalden.com, or submit our online request form and check the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Walden about your request.
What we send
- Clarifying questions about the job you asked for.
- Plans, prices, and time windows for you to approve or decline.
- Scheduling confirmations, status updates, and completion photos or receipts.
- Occasional service messages such as changes to these terms.
We do not send marketing messages unless you separately opt in. Message frequency varies with the jobs you ask us to handle.
Costs
Walden does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Opting out
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final confirmation. Any job in progress will be paused until you contact us another way. Reply START to opt back in.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service is available on major US carriers; coverage may vary.
Third parties
If you ask us to coordinate with a tenant, occupant, or other person, we contact them only with your permission and share only what they need to schedule the work. They may opt out of our messages independently.
Privacy
Your mobile number and message content are handled as described in our privacy policy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
